Welcome to the Terms of Service for the Undersea Adventures website and any associated services. This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between, Undersea Adventures Diving Centre the owner of redsealife.com (the“Site”), and you (“you”, “your” , “user(s)” or “client(s)”), a user of the Site, Software and Service.

Throughout this Agreement, the words “Undersea Adventures”, “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to our company, Undersea Adventures Diving Centre and our Site, Software, or any Service, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Your ability to submit or transmit any information to the Site and Service, including but not limited to text, photos, pictures, comments, designs, data or videos will be referred to as “Content” throughout this Agreement

By using our Site, Software or any Service you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. We may amend our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and may notify you when we do so.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy please cease using our Software, Site, and Service immediately. Users of our Service must be 18 years or above. If you are under the age of 18 please stop using our Site and Service immediately.

INTRODUCTION

Undersea Adventures has developed the Site and an online booking system (the “Online Booking System”) which enable individuals to browse and book (the “Booking”) accommodation and diving services provided directly by undersea Adventures (the “Diving Centre”), including dives or diving packages, guided tours, diving safaris, courses and equipment rental (the “Services”).

By browsing, accessing and using the Site and by using the Online Booking System, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICES

redsealife.com acts solely between you and the Undersea Adventures Diving Centre and through the Online Booking System enables you to make a booking directly with the Diving Centre, and:

Booking created through the Online Booking System will constitute a direct contract between you and the Diving Centre in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Booking, including but not limited to fees, costs, charges and taxes, and any cancellation or no-show charges (the “Cancellation Policy”).

The information displayed on the Site is based on information provided by the Diving Centre.
We do guarantee that the information is reliable, accurate, complete and free from errors.

redsealife.com may ask customers to comment on all aspects of the Services and may post such reviews on the Site.

PRICES

All rates and prices listed through the Online Booking System include the entire cost for all services and charges related to the Services, including but not limited to all surcharges, taxes.

EXCHANGE RATES

Exchange Rates between available currencies on the Site are updated every 30 minutes. When you book online and/or not pay a deposit you will be charged with the rate when you booked and indicated in the booking confirmation.

AVAILABILITY

Services displayed on the Site are available for booking and subject to confirmation within 48 hours upon completing the booking through the Online Booking System, and:

For Services expressed in units other than days, the Diving Centre reserves the right to confirm availability on specific dates within the date range upon receiving the booking request. In the event that the Diving Centre has limited availability during the date range specified in the booking, the Diving Centre agrees to notify you immediately about the availability on specific dates within the date range so that you may plan accordingly or make alternative arrangements.

PAYMENT

All fees, costs, charges and taxes with respect to Services are payable to redsealife.com and Undersea Adventures Diving Centre in the currency indicated in the booking confirmation. Once a user makes a booking using the Online Booking System regarding the booked service whether having to pay a deposit or not and depending on the percentage of deposit the user will pay the rest of the payment, if there is a rest of payment, in the Diving Centre.
